Sadašnji naziv Tehničko-poljoprivredna škola dobila je 2013. godine. Od školske 2002/2003 u školi se uvodi novo područje rada – poljoprivreda, proizvodnja i prerada hrane u okviru kojeg je stiglo još pet obrazovnih profila. Dve godine kasnije uvedeno je i područje rada saobraćaj.
Tehničko-poljoprivredna škola u Sjenici trenutno pohađa 490 učenika koji su raspoređeni na 23 odeljenja. Nastava se izvodi u dve smene. Roditeljima je dostupna mogućnost elektronskog izveštavanja i praćenja prisustva, ocena i vladanja dece kroz program elektronskog dnevnika.
